  I came here to pick up a load at 1130am I signed in and the rude racist lady that has a bad attitude told me I needed to wait in my truck until someone came to tell me where to park so I did. I waited, watched as trucks came and went and yet no one came to me. I went back to her at 220pm and asked her for an update and she said since I was there an hour EARLIER than my appointment that I needed to wait.. can you believe it because I was early I had to wait till after my appointment time. So I waited, by now it's already 5pm and no one came to me so I went back down and come to realize it she had gone home and she didn't even bother to tell the guy taking over her shift that I was waiting so when I saw him his name is Kenny he's a great guy.. I told him what happened and he told me he didn't even know I had been there waiting.. after he took my information I was loaded and out within 30 minutes. Kenny is an amazing guy but the other lady is a horrible racist.
