  Probably the best experience I have had with a business of any kind. I love this place. Every person in there, staff and members alike, looks out for you and encourages you to get better and stronger. If you want to put ear buds in and avoid eye contact, this is not the place for you. If you want be a part of a great community and to improve your life, Canandaigua Crossfit is as good as it gets.
