  We have a campground with several machines. Joe came and replaced the circuit board, and we paid $289 in faith that it would work. But it stopped working when I went to try it the next day. Obviously it WASN'T the circuit board (and he took our old one, too). He finally returned to check it again (after I called a couple times to complain) and he played around it with it some more but didn't fix it. He complained a lot about how these "new machines" are hard to fix. I get that (things today are not made like they used to be) but we expect a return on our money then if he can't fix something. Instead while he was here this second time, he looked at another machine we had instead (non-coin op) that we were using as a substitute, and "supposedly" was going to order a part to make the hot water work on that one, but it's been a couple months and he has not returned with the part, or called us, or anything. We feel jipped out of our money, and we still have a non-working machine. He has not returned my last call. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but feel his service warrants it in this case.
